Role Description Overview:
This position is responsible for Operational Excellence in Omega Philippines. Its purpose is to work towards excellence in operational processes, an operations that is defined, managed, continually improving and innovating.
Responsibility Areas:
1. Identify key pains & improvement opportunities in Delivery and associated Support teams
2. Lead Black Belt projects and mentor Green Belt projects
3. Build Quality DNA in the teams, leveraging Quality trainings, internal communications, visual management, YB, kaizen etc.
4. Build Customer 1st culture e.g. sensitizing the teams on impact of their work, the need for compassion to the customer
5. Identification of best practices and standardization e.g. call scripts & behaviors for customer scenarios & personas
6. Design appropriate dashboards, review cadence and insights processes
7. Manage compliance to Common Minimum Processes via audit
Mandatory: Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt Certified
