- Ensure high revenue generation

- Ensure effective operations and maintenance of the site

- Cost Management & reduction

- Conduct relationship management with customers at the circle.

- Manage vendors.

- Manage and develop team.

Lead the circle operations to ensure site development & construction of towers within approved budget and legal/statutory requirements while adhering to the predetermined high quality standards and process adherence. Ensure speedy deployment and sharing of the sites to increase revenue. Ensure efficient maintenance of the site.

EXPERIENCE:

7 to 10 years of experience in managing circle level operations in telecom industry.
