Olyk is a company looking to disrupt the extra curricular space in India. Looking for a Growth Marketer who can join as part of my core team to scale and kick-start Growth. This would be growth in terms of digital sales as well on offline sales to drive overall growth of the business

The idea :

Finding good teachers and having a structured plan to our passions is a big problem today. Olyk in its first stage is a portal that connects you to the best teachers for your passion in an easy way allowing you to take 1 on 1 classes on our portal .

This is an industry which is at the least a $2Bn dollar industry across various activities.

Olyk stands on 3 principles :

- Expert curriculum crafted by experts from top institutes and universities allowing you to start practising your craft asap

- Top 1% of teachers getting you the best teachers

- Smart Pricing and convenience

Who are we looking for?

A marketer who has at least 3-4 years experience and has worked in a growth start-up helping them scale and drive revenue digitally and offline. You should also be someone who is absolutely hands on as you will have to do everything and anything. Culture fit is important so looking for someone who wants to build a business from scratch

Tasks that you will cover but not limited to :

- Develop the website from scratch, thinking about the design, structure, workflows and future optimisations

- Designing the sales funnel and optimising on that

- Figuring out which key activities to expand into

- Market research on which part of the globe we can launch this service now or in the future

- Developing marketing plans and executing them with the limited resources we have

- Deliver numbers as per set expectations through various modes such as Social Media, SEM, SEO etc

- Be on top of key metrics such as CPA, LTV etc

- Also take part in day-to-day operations of the business

Requirements :

- Experience in driving digital growth and an understanding of Google Ads, Facebook and other channels out there

- Experience running sales teams and driving growth

- Graduate/PG from a premier institute

- Should have driven high growth and revenue in either of his previous roles

- Added benefit if you are a Techie who is a growth marketer

- Knowledge of Wordpress/Woo Commerce is a plus but not mandatory

Nice things to have :

- Having a dedicated passion towards some activity

Selection process :

- Assignment

- General culture fit (If you are humble and eager to start something that's all we need)
