OLYK is an early stage start-up disrupting the extra curricular learning space in the country. We are a two sided platform and looking for a Calm & Empathetic Sales & Customer Service Leader. We have been gaining early traction and are looking to double down on our growth and looking for someone to join our founding team. We are looking for an individual who can lead, set up and own our Sales and Customer Service Functions. If you love talking to customers and solving their problems, we are looking for you. The KPI's that this person will own will be the following - Revenue Growth - Customer Love (NPS etc) - Retention Percentage - Acquisitions (Teacher & Student) Below is a glimpse of the responsibilities - Initially setting up strong processes to aid sales on both students and teachers - Setting up strong customer service etiquettes and ensuring customer delight - Being data driven and figuring out where and what to optimise on - Building a strong team around yourself which is principled on high performance and customer delight - Managing a strong culture and ensuring we go about our business in an ethically correct manner Some characteristics about you - Energetic and ready to be part of a startup and build something - Minimal financial support and capability to support yourself for some time - Diligent and ready to show up even things dont go our way - Should love to talk to customers and is generally empathetic towards other people - Is or has been inclined towards extra curricular activities in the past Please apply if you are comfortable joining a company with no salary and only equity.
