OLYK - Head - Activities & Customer Experience

We at OLYK are looking to disrupt a $2Bn Industry in India in the kids activities space. We are looking for someone who has experience in heading sports and activities in schools or sports organisations. This individual will join our core team and be part of our journey from scratch. Our idea is to deliver Expert curriculum bases activities, in an app+physical format to kids all over the country by the best trainers out there

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Set out the entire curriculum across various activities and sports and help our CTO design it on our app

- Help set up the activity, from finding coaches and locations

- Identify, Train and Review our coaches and trainers

- Obsess about customer experience and ensure quality is delivered across various activities and venues

This is who you should be :

- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in the sports and activities domain

- Have experience in designing and leading kids activities and sports

- Lead a premium school's or organisations sports and activities department

- Have an understanding of various activities like Football, Dance, Singing etc

- Have a network of teachers and coaches across various sports and activities

- Has an obsession with quality and ensuring that we offer the best customer experience out there

Compensation :

- We are just starting up, so we are looking for someone who can join us initially on an equity deal with an understanding of salary upfront.
