OLX - Senior Manager - Sales Planning - Real Estate Vertical - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for Candidate with Real Estate Industry knowledge. The major focus of the Role Incumbent would be Collaborate and coordinate planning activities with key stakeholders both internally and externally ensuring seamless execution of the Business Plans towards achievement of financial goals of the RE category.

What you will be doing :

1. Budget planning and monitoring

2. Target setting based on AOP, previous trends & user segmentation provided by analytics team.

3. Design and implement levers for sales like incentives and trade marketing/promotions for achievement of the organization goals

4. Collaborate with the analytics and strategy teams for optimization of sales force efficiency and efficacy.

5. Review and define the channel wise planning for driving revenue ambitions

6. Manage the continuous evolution of org structure to support the business requirements

7. Develop insightful presentations for the management for performance reviews etc

8. Drive Special Projects and New Biz : Work closely with analytics and strategy team to identify new avenues of business with minimum viable products

Who we are looking for :

1. Background in Real Estate business ( preferably classifieds ) with deep understanding on the Real Estate market

2. Should have worked in a sales role / handled a sales team

3. Minimum 8 Years of experience, last 2 years preferable in the Sales Planning Role

4. MBA from A- Grade College
