What responsibilities will you get when working with us-

Planning :

Working with sales head to identify new/growing revenue opportunity.

Monitoring of key business KPI and analysing variance with BU owners.

Price setting and sales channel mix optimization.

Profitability analysis for schemes, channels and new initiative. Tracking of actual vs Budget variances

Develop and manage discounting, Sales incentive schemes by closely working with sales heads

Execution :

Profitability analysis for products /feature/schemes rolled out.

Working closely with sale teams to track new market development and opportunities.

Monitoring of key KPI on daily basis and discussing with sales/channel heads for understanding variations.

Analyze sales channel and product portfolio profitability/viability and recommend / facilitate course of actions

Be a key team member for setting prices or introducing new products/features

Develop, analyse and rollout discounting schemes along with sales head

Devise sales incentive schemes and tracking in terms of ROI and achievement of targets

Assist sales head in sales forecasting and regular reports on open orders/leads vs. sales conversions.

Benchmarking commercial practices with internal and external parties.

Tracking and analysing variation vs budget.

Ensure proper invoicing and accounting of the revenues. Cash flow reconciliations e.g. Cheque received vs realised etc.

Ensure adherence of SOPs in day to day sales operations

What will you need to be successful in this role-

CA/MBA with 8-10 years of commercial experience in reputed company

Handling team of 2-4 team members

Good communication skills especially spoken and written English

Good knowledge of excel and power point

Good analytical mind set.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us-

Owns, Develops and manages end-to- end operations relating to Field Sales Teams spread across cities, for Real Estate category

Maintains robust sales tracking through spreadsheets/ CRM systems, maximizing automation into data collection and reporting

Swiftly troubleshoots product delivery/ activation, other client issues

Owns training agenda, Conducts trainings on tools and processes

Supports and organizes recruitment sessions

Handles all pertinent logistics

- Keeps a daily pulse on Sales Team performance. SPOC for sharing revenue and acquisition performance

- Works cross functionally, particularly on topics like Finance/ Revenue Reconciliation, Data Reporting (Analytics)

- Develops business updates for management teams

- SPOC for competitive intelligence - leveraging Sales Teams and when relevant, independent research

- Thought partner on process improvements, but more importantly on growing the business through improved client delivery and retention

What will you need to be successful in this role-

4+ years experience in Backend and Sales operations

Past experience managing sales force processes and operations is a mandatory requirement. Experience with Real Estate portals preferred

Obsession with details - maintaining process smoothness, traceability and data robustness

Fully comfortable and speedy with Excel and PPT

Ability to be a thought partner for the business, on process and sales/ client strategy

High energy individual, able to deal with scores of sales people on a regular basis

Available and willing to travel across the country to field sales offices (~15-20% of the time)

Articulate and candid communicator, able to manage senior stakeholders
