In an open culture that encourages own initiatives, growth and entrepreneurial spirits.  - We believe in creating a richer world by empowering people  - Every day millions of people across the globe use OLX to buy and sell goods  - We serve over 300 million unique users every month and generating over 28 billion monthly page views in more than 45 countries.  - Our more than 2,000 committed employees are making a difference from over 25 offices across the globe.  What responsibilities will you get when working with us :  - Act as a contributor to the monthly re-forecasting cycle as well as participate in the annual budgeting process   - Develop deep understanding of OLX's financial reporting and budgeting tool   - Work with central FP&A team on the continued integration of OLX countries into the reporting tool by incorporating input from global finance teams  - Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures   - Support Finance team in preparation of Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports (for external reporting)   - Work with FP&A team to create a standardized reporting template to be used by OLX's global finance teams (for internal reporting)   - Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI of new projects and strategic investments   - Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives   - Prepare presentations to Board of Directors, Investors, and Senior Management Team  What will you need to be successful in this role :   - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA highly preferred, CPA or equivalent preferred   - 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with strong accounting foundation/skills and background; public/private accounting mix preferred   - Strong analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint   - Experience using, and ideally, implementing multi-dimensional OLAP software reporting/forecasting solutions such as IBM Cognos, HFM, and Essbase   - Attention to detail and highly organized   - Experience in global, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments   - Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Project management skills - proven ability to define effective project plans, prioritize varying commitments and managing/directing team accordingly   - Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated   - Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints and deliver strong results   - Commitment to culture of collaboration, performance, transparency and integrity   - Internet/ eCommerce/ Start-up industry experience preferred   What can you expect from us and what do we offer :  - Excellent Working Environment, Great Culture & Global Exposure.   - Empower yourself.  - Improve the world.  Join OLX.
