Manager / SM Finance As the Finance Manager, you will be expected to engage in day-to-day accounting operations and financial analysis in areas such as book-keeping, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance. What you will be doing : - Monthly preparation of Books of Accounts, MIS, Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and other reports as and when needed by Management - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements - Full cycle accounts payable management: Vendor invoices and credit memos - selection of vendors and disbursements - maintain vendor profiles - bank transactions and reconciliation of bank accounts - Payroll Management. - Handling direct or indirect taxes - compliance and advisory including monthly returns payments, and reconciliation. - Handling several audits, both internal and external. - Prepare financial forecasts based upon inputs from various teams and management - Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets - Involved in end to end compliances/strategy. - Proficient in excel & other financial tools Who we- re looking for: - 6+ years of relevant experience of handling end to end finance and leading a team - Good business acumen, problem solving ability. - Proven leadership skill in managing and building a team. - Strong interpersonal skills to manage the work stream across segments and to operate in a matrix organization. - Working knowledge of IFRS will be . - Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter.
