OLX - Manager - Sales Training

1. Induction of new employees . We expect the trainer to cover training on product and platform, sales skills

2. Refresher training: We believe that increased frequency of these training engagements can help our sales executives.

3. Specific training programs based on new product launches or features.

4. Creating a Sales Training structure for the sales team of commercial business.

5. Work towards creating a Sales Academy encompassing the learning calendar of a sales joiner/ entrant into OLX and providing him L&D support at all levels of his growth within OLX

6. Conceptualizing content and creation of Training modules around business, product and other skills required to grow the business sales efficiency on field

7. Field visits with the sales team to experience & gather training requirements and the post training effectiveness assessments
