What you will be doing: - Will be directly managing performance of Appointment booking team, Quality Auditing and Quality Check team for Pan - India operations of OLX Cash My Car business. He/she will be managing a team of 70+ FTEs along with Team Leaders. - Responsible for meeting appointment targets while parallely exploring new sources of lead conversions and optimum allocation to cities. - Drive performance in the team to meet targets and ensure the daily operations run smoothly - Drive continuous improvement in the team along with metrics improvement - Study and use dashboards and scorecards for performance and process improvement - Apply performance management strategies - action plans, BQ planning. Responsible for knowledge management for the team and quality control in all aspects - Manage Email/Social Media and Inbound SLAs Who we are looking for : - MBA from a reputed B-School - 6-8 years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing processes and teams. - Should have working knowledge of Dialers, CRMs etc - Should be well versed with monitoring and improving Dials, AHT, ACW, SLA, EPH, NPS, QA etc. - Should have worked in people intensive roles - Strong analytical skills to scale up the team members and parallely identify new ways of generating business. - Manage and improve functional P&L - Willing to work beyond work hours on need basis - Positive thinking leader with a problem-solution approach - Excellent written, spoken, excel and presentation skills - Cross-functional work expertise What we will give you : - Contributing to the global OLX Group success - International career and growth opportunities - Work with an international team of top engineers learning from one another - Opportunity to pursue you further academic goals - Competitive salary and great benefits Salary offered : 15-20 LPA
