What you will be doing : - Identify the new biz opportunities that we have riding on current biz lines - Scope up the opportunities in the market & including benchmarking with other players inside & outside the country - Create detail business plan, define the strategy, and identifying the milestone for every phase on how we can execute that vision into a real thing - Set up the team & operation procedure on how we can execute it - Regular review & do continuous improvement on how we can make it better time to time for achieving the milestone - Identify products and services and take a calculated step towards ensuring that the necessary procedure for the registration of the business and licensing are carried out - Make contingencies for expansion plans, and prepare to take the initiative when the plans are due - Ensure the formulation of a business and its expansion - Draw out a long-term business plan and bring new initiatives when the need arises Who we're looking for: - Min 5 years experience in managing a biz line - Good program management skills - Have well-rounded skill both in planning & execution - Experience in growing biz from scratch will be beneficial - Strong determination and able to work under pressure - Ability to lead - Executing capability - Vast experience in developing ideas, products, and services - Expertise in making feasible plans - Great negotiating experience - Good human relation skills - Ability to work and coordinate a team - Proficiency in business supervision - Proficiency in capacity building - Ability to maintain a good working relationship with partners - Eloquence in written and verbal communication.
