We are looking for a&nbsp;Counsel for the Legal Department of our convenient transactions vertical. The incumbent will be involved in day to day working of the Legal department for supporting various stakeholders. We- re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies. What you will be doing: - Solving day to day legal problems of a fast-paced retail-oriented business. - Drafting, negotiating and independently closing various agreements such as lease agreements, services agreements, etc.; - Vetting and verification of documents executed with business/channel partners and customers in relation to facilitation of sale and purchase of vehicles; - Liaison with various law enforcement agencies such as police, RTO, etc.; - Formulating and implementing company's policies.
