1. Assisting sales team in managing customer and channel partner data.
2.Actively coordinating with the sales team and other departments improving and optimizing all after sales processes.
3. Consistently and continuously monitoring business - health and quality metrics- ensuring they are in line with management's expectations.
4. Maintaining a healthy CRM and dashboards by regularly following up with the team to insure all required input fields are completed
5. Ensuring 100% compliance to the risk & controls register by the Sales Team
6. Central SPOC: Liaising with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing department for any sales-related or client-related issues.
7. SPOC for all Vendor onboarding and future relations
8. Manage execution of Sales Incentives and Trade Marketing Schemes
