What will you be doing : Vendor Management/Procurement : - Ensure adequate inventory/ timely procurement for office consumables like stationery, food &amp; beverages, etc. and procurement of office equipment, etc within the defined budgets in a fair &amp; ethical manner. - Negotiate with vendors &amp; issuing purchase requests. - Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner. Retail Store Management : - Ongoing upkeep of retail stores to offer seamless experience to both internal and external customers. - Regular visits to understand the needs and challenges and to sort those out. Warehouse Management : - Manage and look after any/all requirements being raised from warehousing perspective. - Work cross-functionally and with external B2B partners to streamline and align processes in order to maintain smooth functioning and thus facilitate business achieve growth targets. Housekeeping Management : - Ongoing upkeep of the office facility to offer a world class environment to employees and visitors alike. - Regular training for housekeeping &amp; security staff to constantly improve the service delivery experience - Travel Management : End to End management (air, visas &amp; land arrangements) of all travel requests relating to inbound &amp; outbound travel Event Management : Manage conference/ meeting room bookings. Actively lead planning &amp; execution of events in &amp; out of office Miscellaneous : - Maintaining records (documentation) of office assets, inventory, etc. - Preparing &amp; presenting reports on a weekly, monthly &amp; ad-hoc basis. - Assisting the building facility management team for fire safety drills, first aid training, etc. - Ensuring compliance with all regulations pertaining to the facility. - Offer a great on-boarding experience to all new hires in the company.
