Job Description :
- Build a hiring strategy for a product and tech company and keep it agile based on business needs
- Managing end to end activities from sourcing to on-boarding across levels; multiple locations and functions.
- Partner with Business & HR for understanding critical open roles and sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within specified turnaround time.
- Ensure effective use of sourcing channels and develop team capability for direct sourcing
- Ensure effective usage of ATS and maintaining quality data related to Talent Acquisition
- Mentor team and build recruiter capability
