We are looking for a passionate and driven Campaign Lead who will play a vital role in the growth for the company.We're a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.

What you will be doing:

a) Own end to end implementation of all the Search, Display, UAC and Facebook Campaigns.

b) Recommend and strategize new keywords in accordance with business goals.

c) Maintain and optimize large keyword list.

d) Analyze search term report and experiment with new ad copies to tailor ads more contextual to user intent.

e) Maintain and optimize existing ad copies.

f) Experiment with different landing pages to consistently improve the conversion rate.

g) Monitor and analyze web analytics across platforms to identify any anomaly and recommend relevant changes to improve them.

h) Perform traffic and competitor analysis regularly to maintain an edge over them.

i) Analyze data and come up with various audience cohorts to experiment on Facebook.

k) Work with the design team and A/B test different creatives to consistently deliver superior results.

Who we- re looking for:

- Experienced campaign manager with at least 3 years of experience in handling large scale accounts.

- Proficient in handling Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager.

- Must have a knack for writing great Search Ads.

- Should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights.

- Good with tools analytics like Google Analytics and Appsflyer.
