The Recruiter will be an Individual contributor who will have the responsibility for hiring and associated tasks. Recruitment and On-Boarding: - Responsible for recruitment for telesales roles as per budget - Coordinating with respective HOD's and identify positions to be filled up. - Analyzing job requirements and prepare Job descriptions and specifications. - Conduct pre-screening round with candidates and close positions after required rounds of interviews. - Build reports to be presented to the rest of the team and top management. - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships. - Negotiate the selected candidates - Manage onboarding and induction for the new hires. Employee Engagement: - Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives. - Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and work to address them. Skills: - Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems - Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - The role shall also include looking after overall administrative tasks of the floor like manage conference/ meeting room bookings. Actively lead planning & execution of events in & out of office but not limited to this. Candidate should be a post graduate (preferably in HR ) with at least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding & administration.
