The Role: - As a Product Leader, in a global product organisation with operations in more than 25+ countries, building video platform on mobile for hundreds of millions of users across multiple markets is challenging and hence gives you a huge opportunity to understand consumers across the globe and build a global product. - You will be responsible for inspiring and crafting a well-founded product vision to define a core consumer problem and conceptualize a product strategy to build Consumer video platform to buy & sell used products and help support the same. Ensure conducive and trustworthy buying & selling experience on OLX for the respective consumers. - You will collaborate with peers and leaders across product analytics, product design, research, engineering, QA, business and customer support teams and other external partners across to build an ideal customer experience for the user in helping close a deal on the platform using services offered by the platform. - You will be responsible for objectively prioritising and making decisions, inspiring and motivating the teams to deliver on ambitious customer-centric goals achieved by building great customer experiences. - Mentor PMs in and outside of the team. Actively support recruitment, and learning and development of people in the teams. Guide the team to build detailed product requirements documents and user stories. - Craft the success metrics and key milestones for the products that you / team own and how they tie into the larger picture. On a regular basis, track key product funnels and success metrics and identify continuous areas of improving the experience. Who we are looking for? Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering. Preferred MBA from tier 1 institution - not mandatory Work experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management (of which at least 3+ years in a consumer Internet or e-commerce company) You are obsessed about users - you place yourself in the position of your users to make something amazing for them. You have driven user research and usability studies in the past. You have demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate teams; and understand and apply situational leadership as needed. You have experience in successfully operating in a global dispersed teams and delivering products at massive scale and across markets.
