Global Technical Recruiter - OLX

Our global recruitment team has a new role for an experienced Technical Recruiter working from our office in Gurgaon, India. Partnering with Tech and Product leads to find creative ways to connect with local and global tech communities to hire the right talent, in the right time, you will bring your sourcing expertise and knowledge of the tech and product landscape, to bear in a fast paced, international technology environment, supporting exponential business growth. Skilled in engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization, your passion for recruitment, curiosity for discovering new ways of working, collaborative approach to working within a team and data driven approach to all that you do, will enable OLX Group to continue to deliver world-class product offerings to our customers.

What you will be doing:

- Applying your experience to recruit for Product, Technology and Data Science roles with ownership of the end to end recruitment experience

- Candidate attraction and engagement

- Producing results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment - we don- t always have all the information and need to make decisions at speed

- Working independently and autonomously whilst partnering with hiring managers and peers

- Owning your work - you are hands on and take accountability for all that you do

- Driving the use of data in all you do - an excellent story teller who can inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy

- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience

A typical day as a Technical Recruiter at OLX Group might include:

- Defining job specifications in conjunction with the hiring manager, in line with our global growth plans

- Setting search strategy, ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing research, candidate outreach, sourcing and interviewing, database management and brainstorming with hiring managers

- Defining packages and presenting/negotiating offers

- Supporting hiring managers through vendor selection

- Ongoing pipelining of top talent candidates against anticipated future needs of the business

- Driving and managing a simple, yet robust recruitment process

- Creating and innovating on recruiting practices and introducing solutions to attract talent

- Ad hoc projects related to recruitment - eg: process improvements, university hiring, recruitment marketing, HR analytics +++

- Being courageous - comfortable saying - no-
