OLX - Finance Manager - Accounts Payable

The profile :

We are looking for a true financial professional with multiple entity administration; preferably in an international environment. This person should be dedicated to delivering accurate and timely reports while utilizing an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and compliance. The right candidate will have at least 6 years experiences in a prior finance role.

To be based in India, we are looking for an AP Manager who will be responsible for :

- Develop policies and procedures and implement/maintain systems to ensure internal controls and to drive efficiencies

- Supervise, train, and monitor performance of staff

- Ensures timely and accurate payment of company obligations

- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of invoices processed

- Responsible for Corporate Credit Cards

- Manage Intercompany accounts

- Adhoc special projects

- Vendor database management

- Manage monthly accruals & monthly aging schedules

- Perform account reconciliations

- Work closely with Financial systems and Procurement teams to drive process improvements

- Assist with adhoc month end and year end close tasks

Experience and Education :

- At least 6 years experience with multiple entity administrations

- A Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance

- Very strong organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

- Experience leading a shared services team in an international environment

- Experience with Netsuite and Coupa will be considered a plus
