Manager - Contact Center II Gurgaon Job Description : Candidate will be responsible for supervising and organizing our telesales team. You will oversee managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople. Role Title : Manager - Telesales Location : Gurgaon Experience : 8-12 Yrs. (5-7 years of managing sales teams) Educational Qualification : Master's Degree Responsibilities : - Managing sales goals by developing a business plan that covers sales and expense controls at individual/city, channel and city level. - Setting individual targets, tracking those goals and reporting results as necessary. - Working closely with marketing team on lead generation and sharing the feedback for possible improvement opportunities. - Cross-functional coordination with other functions such as Process, Product, BI, HR and City Sales Teams - Plan and oversee training, developing, motivating, counselling and product knowledge education for all team members - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Skills : - Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. - Experience in customer relationship management and use of dialer technologies. - Experience managing and directing a sales team. - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. - Dedication to providing great customer service.
