Vice President - Operations - Edtech (8-12 Yrs)

Oliveboard is one of the leading online edtech platforms for competitive recruitment exams. It is the market leader in the Bank exams category and is launching and establishing its strong presence in multiple other categories. Educators and content creators (Supply) are one of the most important assets and this role is about managing the entire Supply side operations. Hence, it is one of the most strategic roles in the company.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Supply operations across multiple categories

- Manage the category's supply deliverables including course design, scheduling, pricing, launch, user feedback and NPS

- Responsible for hiring and managing the educators

- Work with CRO to acquire users, drive revenue and repeat business

- Implement efficient processes and standards for the online video learning platform

- Define the key performance metrics and drive the team to meet the targets

- Manage contracts, relations with educators, partners and other stakeholders

- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the business optimize costs and benefits

- Drive growth initiatives by working closely with tech/product/marketing/sales

- Drive innovation in the team to launch newer learning formats

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in the online space - Experience in ed-tech is preferred, especially in an operations role of growing a digital first brand from scratch

- Digital Native, with a keen interest in content trends, updated on new content formats and has the ability to leverage storytelling to grow the business

- Experience in educator or customer management roles
