Oliveboard - Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve targeted objectives

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to our website

- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs with strategic partners

- Develop and execute content calendars for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)

- Analyze marketing data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement

- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, Facebook ads, Google ads, and affiliate marketing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and written skills

- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for digital marketing and the latest trends
