Key Responsibilities: - The candidate will be responsible for driving Growth across exam categories - Working in tandem with the category managers, sales team and program managers you'll be driving KPIs like revenue, conversions and retention - Develop OKRs and drive growth with a team of Marketing Managers looking into specific categories - Ensure successful planning, execution and optimization of campaigns across channels. - Drive paid retargeting campaigns through channels like facebook, google etc., Key Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in Growth/Performance marketing roles - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly. Experience with Ed-tech/E-commerce companies is a plus. - Working knowledge of Marketing automation tools like CleverTap/MoEngage is a plus - Very good communication, interpersonal and team collaboration skills
