Oliveboard - Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead generation strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to identify and engage with potential learners. This includes leveraging various marketing channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and partnerships to generate high-quality leads.

- Campaign management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our skilling programs, focusing on lead generation.


- Target audience analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify our target audiences characteristics, needs, preferences.

- Digital marketing expertise: Leverage your digital marketing expertise to optimize lead generation efforts across various online platforms. Utilize SEO/SEM techniques, implement effective paid advertising campaigns, and maximize conversion rates through website optimization and user experience enhancements.

- Lead a team of creative and content people: Effectively engage the team to come out with the relevant graphics and content which can be used for marketing. Also, coordinate with external agencies where required.

- Lead nurturing and conversion: Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into enrolled students.


- Collaboration and relationship building: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring effective lead handoff and seamless customer journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to incorporate customer feedback and continuously improve our offerings.

- Budget management: Develop and manage the lead generation budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact campaigns and channels. Monitor expenses, track return on investment, and optimize budget allocation based on performance.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's & degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on lead generation, preferably in the skilling or education industry.

- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, digital marketing channels, and conversion optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools for lead management and nurturing (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Must have experience of skilling or educational programs, industry trends, and target audience preferences.

- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
