We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our newly launched upskilling division. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will play a critical role in scaling our business and enhancing our brand's presence in the competitive Skilling market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to increase user base and revenue.
- Manage and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Use data-driven approaches to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize customer journey and experience.
- Engage with educational institutions and corporate partners to expand market reach.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing - from a B2C EdTech or Skilling company
- Proven track record of scaling user base and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
