Oliveboard - Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with the organization's objectives.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.

- Lead the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to establish and manage departmental budgets.

- Provide strategic financial leadership and collaborate with the executive team to drive the overall success of the organization.

- Work with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Key Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in a senior finance role.

- A Master's Degree in finance or MBA is preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and relevant regulations.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
