Key Responsibilities:

- Head the entire finance & accounting function.

- Manage & supervise the Accounting Team, our policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

- Creation of periodic financial statements.

- Prepare and maintain forecasts for cash flow and projections to effectively manage cash balances.

- Create P&L analysis for various business units individually.

- Increase efficiencies of financial & accounting processes.

- Preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts with help from senior management.

- Coordinate the preparation of audits and tax returns with external firms.

- Assist in maintaining all corporate records and accounts.

- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements:

- 2+ years of working in a technology company is preferred.

- Full-time MBA Finance with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.

- Strong work ethic, accountability with team management skills.
