Oliveboard - Category Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Improvise the current business plan and execute the revenue strategy.
- Focus on user customer acquisition and conversion rate.
- Define the key OKRs. Analyze the daily/weekly/monthly performances.
- Build and scale the Inside sales team.
- Continuous market research along with the focus on the overall competition.
- Devise long-term development strategies for category growth.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Suggest product ideas and enhancements through constant feedback loop.
Key Requirements:- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in business development or experience as category head in an EdTech/Ecommerce company.
- Ex-founders/co-founders of a startup with 2 to 3 years of experience can also apply.
- Experience in Bank, Regulatory Exams or UPSC Exams preferred.
- EdTech understanding is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of category management and business development principles.
- A motivational leader who leads by example.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
