Oliveboard - Head of Business Unit - Skilling
Key Responsibilities:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with experience in building teams and business across EdTech/SaaS organizations in a B2C environment.
- Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies.
- Manage & grow skilling category covering upskilling programs.
- Build and lead Sales teams, and track sales performance .
- Increase the efficiency of the sales process.
- Build a pipeline of leads to grow the business.
- Drive sales cycle, focusing on solutions and utilizing a consultative approach.
- Manage the P&L of the skilling category.
- Breaks down revenue goals to actionable targets across sales and marketing units.
Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree. MBA is a plus but not required.
- 3+ Years of prior experience in a Skilling company is a MUST.
- Having Online sales experience, with a knowledge of education products or EdTech experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing and leading a high performing sales/marketing team.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value over features.
