We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and ambitious individual to take ownership of all aspects of supplier/vendor management for one of our leading enterprise clients in the UK. The Supplier Manager will be responsible for identifying relevant vendors, managing their onboarding, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : - Identify and reach out to existing training vendors/suppliers in the UK to check their readiness for adopting the new online booking management system at client side - Scope for new training vendors/suppliers wherever required as per client expectations and reach out to them to check their readiness for adopting the new online booking management system - Carry out the due diligence process before adding a vendor onto the system (fundamental analysis of the company, quality of the courses, etcetera) - Oversee the onboarding process for each of these suppliers onto the platform and be the central point of contact for the suppliers throughout their life-cycle - Liaise with the marketing and production teams within Olive Group for the creation of all marketing collaterals for the onboarded vendors and their courses - Accountable for maintaining the quality of information on the system surrounding each of the suppliers and their courses - Liaise with the finance department and ensure that the invoices are process based on the existing SOP - Keep track of all course-related data, including usage analysis, financial data, etc. and regularly update internal and client stakeholders regarding the same - Be the central point of contact for all communication supplier related communication, from both internal and external point of views - Liaise with the Customer Support teams to ensure prompt resolution of all customer queries Ideal Attributes : - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organisational skills and attention to detail - Strong people, communication and negotiation skills to handle both internal and external relationships - Experience of handling enterprise-level clients across industries and geographic regions - Strong leadership values, goal orientation and ability to drive the team while being comfortable about working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth - Be highly motivated, self-driven, open to learning and excited about new experiences - A fast-learner when it comes to adjusting to the requirements of the fast-growing e-learning industry and great at teamwork - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an inclination for data-driven decision-making - A willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty Eligibility Criteria : Any graduate with 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced global organisation in supplier/vendor management roles in the e-Learning/IT/ITES industries At least 2 years of international client-handling experience (preferably UK/Europe/US clients)
