Position Overview :&nbsp; We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Strategic Sales Champion, with 8-10+ years of International (preferably Ireland/UK/EU), who will be the head of the Safety Sales vertical of Olive Group and be accountable for the overall growth and management of the vertical. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; - Manage and drive the sales team of the Safety Training vertical of the business to achieve the cumulative team targets - Establish sector-wise and product-wise sales targets for the team - Conceptualize and implement sales strategies and processes; continuously evaluate existing processes and incorporate changes in line with the overall business strategy - Measure team performance against the target KPIs/KRAs and periodically review the existing KPIs/ KRAs - Identify and create new enterprise sales opportunities providing bespoke solutions - Create and maintain an enterprise sales pipeline in order to achieve revenue targets per sector - Negotiate strategic partnerships with business organisations of various sizes (small, medium, and large enterprises) - Nurture and maintain relationships with existing client base and prospective customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements - Develop a working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Compliance requirements in the European Union (especially Ireland &amp; UK) - Ensure high service levels and consistently maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores - Work closely with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies, processes, and relevant collateral. Eligibility : - 10+ years of international (preferably UK/Ireland/EU) strategic enterprise sales experience - In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies - Candidates with an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Compliance Training requirements within the EU will be given preference - Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM/Support software, such as Salesforce and Zendesk - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Excellent Team and people management skills to drive,monitor and motivate for high performance - Patient and active listener - Highly organized and able to multitask - Self-driven and proactive nature - Willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
