Tender - Pre-tender meeting, Pre-bid meeting. (Incorporation of Tender specifications, feed-backs) 3. Tender participation - Update and Feed back (Participation expected, price expected, documents submission, queries reply etc). 4. Technical Qualification - Co-ordination with department / consultant (Trails , Key points , competition elimination etc) 5. Trails - Co-ordination (Production, service team, consultant , department etc for successful trails) 6. Bagging order - Commercial opening, negotiation, LOA, Agreement copy, SPV, operator, Inspection etc 7. Installation - Order supply, payment collection, Inauguration etc 8. Market Intelligence - Competitors information, Industry movement, Bi-monthly reports. 9. Manpower Development - Motivation, Action Plan, Technical and Commercial support 10. Others - Follow up with private players, Legal matters. Travel planning etc
