The position is responsible for the implementation of the new strategic growth initiatives within the Spices business. The incumbent will play a key role in exploring, developing, and executing new category/adjacent product line opportunities within Spices. - Market scoping/assessment of new category/adjacent product line opportunities within spices - Conduct deep dive value chain analysis of the shortlisted products, identifying key pain points across value chain and conduct trade/industry analysis - Define Olam India's value proposition/key differentiators to participate in the segment - Develop business model, conduct detailed financial analysis and feasibility study - Develop manufacturing strategy to support the launch of new category/adjacent product lines Requirements - MBA with 3-7 years of post-qualification industry experience - Self-driven with a strong result orientation - Ability to work in complex and ambiguous environment with minimum guidance - Willingness to go the extra mile, to bring added business value - Distinct leadership, interpersonal and communication skills - Outstanding Organization Skills along with an approach that pays attention to detail. - Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills - Previous experience in Food & Agri supply chain/consulting would be an advantage - Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office, SAP would be an added advantage
