Overview of Position:
The Branch Manager role involves managing one of the origins for any business in a particular region. The role will support the foray into these identified businesses.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Research the opportunities available in the identified businesses.
- Build perspective through synthesis of information, analysis and risk assessment.
- Present the recommendations on the entry strategy.
Person Characteristics : One should have proven experience as a "self starter" with a strong element of dynamism and the ability to move fast and get things done. Should have the positive mindset and be ready to work from scratch towards building the new businesses.
To be successful you should possess:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with and influence a matrix of internal and external customers at varied levels
- Should possess strong team and analytical skills
- An enthusiasm to work in an unstructured environment will always add value
Experience & Qualification:
- MBA from Top Tier Institute with specialization in Sales/Marketing/Operations/Agribusiness.
- 3 to 5 years of post-MBA experience in sales/operations/supply chain.
