Best Startup of the Year at the India Digital Awards by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), and winner of the mBillionth Award South Asia, 2013 for mobile innovation.  Role Description :  - Responsible to ensure adequate supply of active cars in the city by maintaining numbers in both incoming and existing category.   Stakeholders : City Manager/City Heads, Business Heads, Central Projects team (Supply Initiatives), Legal & HR, Partner Care   Main Responsibilities :  - Liaise with the city marketing team for boosting supply in the city, meet targets supply numbers and ensure retention of attached cabs   - Drive engagement initiatives for retention of drivers & operators   - Ensure great driver experience by effectively managing walk-ins, solving queries with minimal TAT and minimum no. of escalations   - Responsible for team hiring & team building to achieve growth targets   - Understand competition and market dynamics to create localized strategies   - Monitor driver training activities in the city and ensure newly attached drivers meet the required quality levels   - Create processes and structures (both preemptive and reactive) to ensure driver quality   - Monitor driver revenues t ensure that they earn adequately on our platform  Key Skills & Experience :  - Motivating leader with excellent track record of past sales achievements.   - Graduate with 4 to 7 years of field sales / channel distribution experience in FMCG or Telecom sector. (MBA preferred)   - Familiarity with the geography of the location applied for   - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English   - Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated   - Courageous, competitive and hungry folks who like to go out, meet people & are able to strike conversations easily   - Should be comfortable managing large multi-cultural teams   - Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours   - Keen observer of market conditions & sales influencing factors
