Role: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

We're looking for a young dynamic, creative and witty person who can join forces with the ola social media marketing team to the following

- Spotting and seizing opportunities to position the Ola brand as being relevant to social conversations

- Build love, followership and ambassadors of the brand on social media.

- Strategies and execute social media plans to amplify the brand's marketing campaigns

- Listen, engage and always stay relevant to the consumers

- Come up with unique innovative content and engagement ideas

- Maintain the social media calendar, and budgets

- Analysing the performance of social media campaigns and weekly reporting

- Writing copy for social posts and ideating on creative

- Helping maintain a positive brand perception and reputation for the brand on all social channels.

Here are some of the must have skills

- Must come from a creative background- mass communication, literature, journalism

- Experience of 2 years or more in digital media/ social media/PR- from the creative side

- Must be proficient with all social media platforms - Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook

- Excellent English copy writing skills

- Extremely clued into the latest buzz in pop culture and new media

- Must have a terrific sense of humour
