Job Description : Product Manager - Driver Walk-ins

Role Objective : The role directly reports to the product lead for driver experience and will be spearheading new product development for automating the process of handling driver walk-ins

Years of Experience : 6-8 years of experience in product development; retail industry experience preferred/ banking space

Educational Qualification : Bachelors in CS or any technical field; MBA preferred

Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for new product development leveraging technology to improve driver experience during walk ins

- The candidate will have to coordinate with the operations team across India to calibrate the process of driver walk-ins and find solutions for efficient query resolution and ensure a better experience for drivers

- End-to-end program management responsibility to execute the new process and track success rate of the new product in place

- Responsibilities will include understanding the walk in process in detail, identifying redundancies, scoping out improvement areas by leveraging industry and cross-industry best practices in partner attachment / walk-in process and establishing and tracking metrics for this process.
