Product Manager - Dashboards

Role Objective : The role reports to the product lead for analytics in Ola & will be responsible for building the roadmap of reporting meta data and analytics models for the dashboards

Years of experience : 5-6 years of analytics experience in finance and/or consulting domain

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in CS and analytics/statistics from IITs

Responsibilities :

- Gather information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements from the market and benchmark the processes and tools for reporting and dashboards.

- Understand data and analytics requirements across the enterprise

- Understand the current level of dashboards being used and assess the needs being met

- Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action based on external research and best practices, institutionalize formats and dashboards using both internal and external tools, keeping data sanctity in mind

- Build the roadmap (Modeling, assumptions, use of external data sources) for these dashboards and formats

- Lead the change management to the new system of dashboards and formats through evangelizing, training and roe modelling

- Drive the utilization and usage of these dashboards across the various reporting channels

- Partner and engage in Business reviews to ensure that dashboards are being implemented in a consistent manner across Ola and are meeting the defined needs

- Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users

- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.

- Establish intuitive reporting methodologies which weaves data across all functions and businesses of Ola as required to support strategy and analyze performance
