Olacabs - National RMT Operations Head

- Responsible for Technical Center Operations and Strategy for leasing operations

- Drive controlled TAT and repair cost within Budget

- Aggressively prepare strategy for performance improvement

- Responsible for relationship with partners i.e. OEM, Insurance company, GPS and CNG, tyre & batteries.

- Responsible for product improvement & integration.

- Responsible for MIS and control points

- Overall experience of 15-20 years with any OEM (After sales department) or Fleet Company.

- Strong towards P&L activities

- Should have exposure towards technical know how in automobile.

- People Management Skills

- Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.

- Ability to understand businesses and markets and passion to service/convince is crucial

- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders
