Role & Responsibility:

- Skill Sets and Key Exposures Become deeply acquainted with the CEO's priorities, the program manages multiple initiatives to closure in quick time and with high-quality outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize objectives and allocate time to solve the right problem at the right moment, You will balance a mix of strategy, planning, and execution responsibilities in support of the CEO's organization.

- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through pilots/initiatives and deliver clear outcomes Become deeply acquainted with the CEO's priorities, program manage multiple initiatives to closure in quick time and with high-quality outcomes.

- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical product line - product, marketing, operations and finance. This role will be a strategic partner and adviser to the CEO.

- Proven ability to multi-task, and at the same time provide the right amount of insights and analysis to help guide the decision-making without taking over the task in its entirety. You will assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives

- Proven ability to communicate opinions candidly, confront issues directly and embrace conflict in discussion Responsible to assess inquiries directed to the CEO, and determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage

Qualification : Tier1/2 B-school

Prior exp to manage CEO office

Number of Years of Experience : 2-6 years
