You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define key performance metrics and goals. You will work with different verticals of product management to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness of product features and processes. You will be responsible for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods as a manager, you guide the way for junior analysts.  Skills and capabilities:   Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical product line - product, marketing, operations and finance Excellent analytical abilities: Data driven and understanding of key analytical techniques Strong background of working on analytical tools like R, SQL and Excel,   People management skills:   Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts.  Technical Skill Set:   SQL, Statistics, R, Excel, PowerPoint, Python (not necessary)
