- Overall responsibility of all systems & process responsible for consumer experience

- Responsible for creation and be the custodian of flagship stores

- Responsible for hiring, grooming, training & building a strong team

- Responsible for achieving key sales & customer satisfaction KPIs

- Responsible for driving the B2B & institutional business.
