About the role :

As the Head of Enterprise Marketing, you will be responsible to build the Ola Corporate brand with the relevant target group of Corporate customers and end-users.

- Drive lead generation, DMU engagement, end-user engagement for Ola Corporate in India.

- Conceptualise and execute Strategic (and tactical) B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns, to communicate the benefits of using Ola Corporate for travel, drive new account addition and increase account engagement

- Aid and collaborate with local teams to set up these functions for Ola Corporate in UK, Australia and New Zealand

Expertise and Skills Required :

- Prior experience of B2B marketing, lead generation and DMU engagement. Exposure to international markets would be an added advantage

- Big picture thinking to drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels [B2B and B2C]

- Deep understanding of data and consumer insights

- Digital marketing expertise

Qualification/Experience :

- MBA from a Tier 1 institution

- 6-10 Years of experience in B2B marketing or B2B2C marketing

- Exposure to international markets would be an added advantage
