Ola integrates city transportation for customers and driver partners onto a mobile technology platform ensuring convenient, transparent and quick service fulfillment. Ola is committed to its mission of building mobility for a billion people. Using the Ola mobile app, users across 110 cities can book from over 6,00,000 vehicles across cabs, auto-rickshaws and taxis. Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platform like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android and iOS platforms.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - In this role, you'll be guiding the way for a team which includes Managers, Senior Analysts and Analysts.  - You will have a strong collaborating with the Data Science team to achieve business objectives.  - You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define key performance metrics and goals  - Understand all tech and product offerings with their interdependencies on each other and relevance to business while planning for projects. Prioritize business needs and effectively & proactively mitigate potential risks to the business.  - You will be responsible for shaping the way forward for platforms and tools to enable productive and secure analytics across businesses.  Experience & Skills:  - You must demonstrate a passion for research and data and be highly skilled in performing quantitative analyses on various aspects of business and products.  - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic business environment and comfortable taking decisions in those conditions.  - You would have demonstrated ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, with multiple priorities and yet delivered on expected outcomes.  - You should have great clarity of communications, prior experience of mentoring teams, focus on people development and assessment, leading to a high performing and effective analytics team.  - Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills  - Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical product line - product, marketing, operations and finance.  Qualifications:  - Engineering degree from premium universities only. MBA a plus.  - 10+ years of experience in the field of Analytics off which at least 4 years of experience managing teams.  - Seasoned leadership experience in business intelligence, analytics or related field is mandatory
