Looking for someone who would head the Finance functions for a particular business in OLA.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of accounting policies/ principles to ensure controls, proper legal compliance and adherence to accounting standards.
- Responsible for delivering SLAs.
- Coordinating with HR, Administration, Central Procurement and IT Departments to ensure accuracy of invoicing and reporting.
- Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analytics to facilitate business decision-making.
- Manage the entire gamut of finance operations comprising of accounting, receivables, payables, collections, fixed assets etc.
- Handling ad-hoc queries from Management, Stakeholders.
- Leading general accounting, monthly and annual closing.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting packs.
- Coordinating closely with Department Heads in Finance to ensure quality and timeliness of delivery.
- Setting up & monitoring effective SLA's & KPI's for the team through innovative review mechanism
- Stakeholder management.
- Working with Controller for Monthly and annual closing of the books of accounts.
- Create and maintain systems and framework for proper recording of transactions.
- Providing timely & correct inputs for preparation of Budgets.
- Preparation of MIS schedules & Trend analysis.
- Ensure Preparation and updating of fixed assets register, Insurance of Assets, and PO tracking with admin and commercial department.
- Coordinate with Head of Taxation to ensure the adherence to Income Tax and Service Tax, filing of returns & refunds.
- Timely and smooth completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits.
- Coordinate Correct and Timely payments of Salaries and Incentives by the last banking day of the month
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10-15 Years of experience.
