The Communications Lead is the creator and owner of all content rolling out across all media - social, digital, offline, SMS etc. He/she is the voice of the brand and is responsible for not just the copy but also the look and feel online.   - Identifies and bridges all communication elements consistently  - Creates great content in the form of blogs, customer communication, creatives and initiatives- online and offline   - Conceptualises content and campaigns for social media platforms and meaningfully engages user groups online  - Responsible for actively growing and nurturing the follower and fan base online - also generating great RoI on social media effort  - Keeps a hawk eye on growing social metrics and evolving the social media strategy to become a social brand to reckon with  - Reaches out to online influencers, continuously engages with them and converts their Ola experience to evangelism  - Continuously improves communication elements across media like like SMS, web copy etc., making it relevant and contextual  - Thinks out of the box and creates low cost, high return initiatives at every opportunity and maximises mileage using Social Media  - Helps regional marketing teams with addictive content for local initiatives   Ideal candidates:  - Witty and upto the minute approach on communication  - Doubles up as the social media guy - is tech/SM savvy and is swift and timely in responses.
