Position: Category marketing manager Responsibilities - Be the growth owner for categories and bring customer view into the discussion with business owners. - Work across several aspects of marketing - from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events and communication. - Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and category adoption. - Agencies and Partner co-ordination, interact with category and business teams - Creative, research and on ground agencies - Ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach. - Proven ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems. Passion for working with technology products and solving for customer. - Successful track record of planning and rolling out large-scale/national marketing campaigns - Leading cross functional projects and managing various stakeholders to drive growth. Preferred qualifications: - MBA from a tier-1 business school. - 3-4 years of industry experience developing and executing marketing campaigns at a FMCG/consumer internet company. - Experienced in marketing research, working with creative agencies and media planning. - Great interpersonal communication skills.
