- Speaking and Understanding Kannada is a must

- Managing fleet Operations for leasing cars in the city.

- Overseeing the Driver Partner Walkin Operations and handling escalations

- Ensuring vital parameters of the business like credit outstanding, platform attrition and bookings on the platform are
maintained within optimum limits

- Coordinating with Partner Care(Call Centre), Finance and Central teams for brisk issue resolution

- Proactively take up day to day issues faced by Driver partners and follow them up to resolution

- Coordinating with Sales team, Inventory and Maintenance teams and ensuring minimum TATs on

- Maintenance and lead to conversions.
